Role Summary
Input daily sales order data into ERP system
Answer customer and salesperson questions on sales orders
Process sales returns or order cancellation and communicate to the relevant departments
Identify inventory level discrepancies and communicate to relevant department to ensure inventory accuracy
Participate in bi- yearly stocktake process

Role Summary
Manage and perform daily operations include but not limited to roster setting, job assignment, resources planning etc.
Responsible for strategic planning and execution on the present and future logistics and warehouse need of the Company
Supervise warehouse team and meet user departments’ requirements
Monitor the effective and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods
Organise and monitor the warehouse daily operation activities in a safe, efficient and in accordance with the procedures
Ensure fulfil the standards and requirements of the company policies, HACCP and ISO22000
Monitor and manage inventory control in accuracy and quality manner
Provide appropriate training to warehouse staff
Lead and supervise the warehouse staff to complete the targeted tasks
Formulate the planning, identification, fire prevention, theft prevention, moisture prevention and material accuracy management of warehouse
Handle the import and export document, also ISO documents
Maintain and ensure warehouse is presentable and clean
Solve any abnormal issues

Requirement
2 years or above related experience in warehouse operations
Knowledge of HACCP and ISO22000
Knowledge of MS Office; familiar with ERP system is preferred
Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
Strong planning, organized and negotiation skills
Positive-thinking, self-motivated and result-driven
Good communication, people management and time management skills
Location in Kwai Chung
Working hours: Monday to Saturday 07:00 - 18:00
